3. Production process of solid wood pallets
①. Material selection
Solid wood pallets are made of raw wood, usually composed of pine, fir, or some composite wood, with pine being the best. The wood materials also vary depending on the location and the material used.
②.Drying
Conduct drying and shaping treatment to reduce moisture and eliminate internal stress, so that the wood will not produce diseases and pests due to moisture during processing and manufacturing, and will not undergo fission due to drying, which will affect the quality of the wooden pallet and affect the export.
③.Cutting and polishing
Use a board saw for cutting, use a planer for planing and breaking, and ensure the smoothness of the wood before waxing.
④.Precision machining
It requires the use of sanding machines and other processes for processing, and processing into formed color plates; Solid wood pallets are made by binding formed material plates into semi-finished pallets using anti detachment nails (in some cases using nut structures), and finally undergoing finishing, anti slip treatment, and wax sealing treatment.
